I can work with the music ministry of each individual church and coordinate movement to prayer during their service. I can move to any of the congregation's favorite prayers. Since there is no choreography, I can spontaneously express with very little instruction and in coordination with each music ministry.

Spiritual Movement Workshops "Movement to Prayer" where we can express movement to popular prayers

Each workshop will be uniquely tailored and led by Spirit. ( 1 ½ to 3 hours in length)

The general format of the Workshops will include: prayer, grounding, centering, raising chi, charka cleansing, creating sacred space; breathing techniques and dance moves that will enhance energies, balance the "yin & yang" within us.

We will focus on the lower and upper body combinations, the basic body movements; creating sacred space with veils. We harmonize our vibrations with that of Spirit and then let the energy flow through us.

Finally, allowing absolute freedom of expression, we will each create our own fun and exciting interpretation of Spirit. We will wrap-up the workshop with a circle of peace as we balance our energies and send healing to our Living Earth.

In movement the creative process brings us in touch with our female energies of intuition and inspiration and male energy of expression. The movement enables us to take charge of this energy, and center this Life Force. It also brings us in touch with all the mental and emotional blocks which we must transform and transmute in order to create wholeness, healing and unity within our own being, with each other and our living earth. Creative process and the healing process are ONE.
